Pricing

If you’ve shopped around on other websites, you’ll always find that very few embroidery businesses share pricing. If you’ve been curious enough to ask, the reason why is because:

  1. Each logo is different- we need to take into consideration how intricate the design is, how many colours are required to complete the design.

  2. Sizing- A logo that is 9cm x 4cm is much smaller than a logo that is 26cm x 10cm.

  3. We take into consideration how many stitches is required to fulfill one logo.

  4. How long will it take to embroider one logo.

For these reasons, before we can provide you with a proper custom quotation, we like to ask you a series of questions to ensure your design concept is captured correctly and reflected in our quotation to you. For example:

   1. What does your logo/branding look like.

  2. Where would you like the logo to be positioned eg. front, back, sleeve.

  3. Is your logo/ design different for the front and back.

  4. What's your vision. How would you like your clients and customers to see you.

To give you an example:

Embrioded Polos

This logo is smaller which requires less stitches compared to a large logo on the back of a shirt.

This logo is a lot larger which requires more stitches compared to a small pocket logo on the front of a shirt.

When it comes to pricing, we try and keep it as simple as possible. On average pricing for embroidery can start from $5 per garment depending on what is being embroidered.

To get a better idea, just send us an email and attach your logo and we will be able to work on a quote and send it back to you.

With any design work, we charge a once off fee which is our designer’s fee for that logo. The most common response we get is ‘Oh but we already have the logo so you don’t need to do anything’. In order to convert your logo into an ‘embroid-able’ file, we recreate your logo/design into a digitized version and position each stitch carefully in order to achieve your desired look and feel. It’s not a simple click of a button that converts it straight away. It takes time, a trained eye and attention to detail to create a replica of your logo in embroidery form.

Once the design work has been created for your logo, this digital image will be kept on file and can be used to create fulfill future orders for your business. This means that you won't need to pay for the design fee* again.

We then add the cost of the blank uniform to the cost of the embroidery. These can start from as little as $10 per piece.

We have a minimum order of 6 pieces. We know this may not suit everyone and we know we may not be the perfect fit for everyone so we’re quite selective in what jobs we take on. This allows us to keep our standards high. Send us an email or give us a call and get to know us and see if we can help cater to your needs.

*We keep your logos on file for 3 years from the date that you place your first order.
